TSS Successfully Permits a Almond Shell to Biochar Project in Northern California

TSS, under the direction of Frederick Tornatore, Chief Technical Officer, successfully secured land use and air quality permits for an almond shell to biochar project in Northern California.  The facility, which is currently under construction, will convert up to 48,000 tons of almond shells to biochar.  The project is collocated with a major almond hulling and selling facility.
