TSS Completes the CEQA and Conditional Use Permit Process for a Novel Dairy Farm Anaerobic Digester

TSS prepared and submitted a CEQA Initial Study to the San Joaquin County (CA) Planning Department, as well as a Conditional Use Permit application for the construction and operation of a novel dairy cow manure anaerobic digestion at a small herd dairy farm. The Initial Study resulted in a Mitigated Negative Declaration, which along with the Conditional Use Permit was unanimously approved by the County Planning Commission in July 2026.
