TSS Preparing CEQA Documentation and Air Quality Permit Applications for Several Bioenergy Facilities

TSS is currently preparing California Environmental Quality Act environmental assessment and impact analysis documents for several biomass power plant projects to built and operated under the California Bioenergy Market Adjusting Tariff (BioMAT) program.  These biomass facilities will be utilizing agricultural waste biomass such as almond shells and rice hulls, or forest-sourced woody biomass from sustainable forest management activities.  In addition, TSS will be preparing the air quality permit applications for these projects as well.  These projects are located in Northern and Central California.
